LorAnn's rum baking & flavoring emulsion has all the flavor without all of the alcohol.  Perfect for rum cakes & glazes or anywhere you want to add the rich flavor of rum. Our Rum Emulsion can be substituted in any recipe calling for rum extract. 

 

1 teaspoon extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion
