Brown Sugar Blaze Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
Blaze blend

Salt to taste

Procedure

Preheat the Oven to 425 °F (220 °C).

Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, Brown Sugar Blaze blend, and salt.

Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25 – 30 minutes until tender and caramelized.

Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy.
