1/4 Cup Turmeric

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1/4 tsp Cayenne or Ground Red Chili

1/2 tsp Ground Ceylon Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Water

Golden Milk:

1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp Paste

1 cup (milk, almond milk, soy milk, hemp milk, or coconut milk)

1 tsp oil (olive, coconut, or sesame)

Heat on a low simmer without boiling

Add honey to taste
