Marjoram, Chopped Leaves

Marjoram has a sweet, pleasant flavor. It is similar to oregano, but more subtle. It is good in meat dishes, stuffings, and soups. Because of its delicate nature, it is best to add marjoram toward the end of cooking so the flavor isn’t lost. Dried marjoram has a stronger flavor than fresh marjoram.
