Sazon is a popular blend in Latino cuisine. The main ingredient, annatto (achiote), gives it its wonderful, warm, earthy taste and orange/yellow color. This blend is a real crowd-pleaser without a hint of heat or MSG. It is traditionally used on fish, chicken, pork, or beef, but we have added it to everything with terrific results – it’s that good!
