Smoky Maple

A local chef was looking for a Vegan bacon-flavored rimmer for bourbon cocktails. WELL, once we tasted this, look out! We cured a pork belly with this blend for bacon, and seasoned other cuts of pork, potato chips, and popcorn. That’s all we have tried so far, but we’re sure there are a million other things it would taste great on! Let us know what you come up with!
