Smoky Maple

A local chef was looking for a Vegan bacon-flavored rimmer for bourbon cocktails. WELL, once we tasted this, look out! We cured a pork belly with this blend for bacon, and seasoned other cuts of pork, potato chips, and popcorn. Then we roasted some salmon with Smaoky Maple, even the picky eaters enjoyed the fish. That’s all we have tried so far, but we’re sure there are a million other things it would taste great on! Let us know what you come up with!
