Keema Curry

Keema is traditionally a ground beef or lamb curry simmered with potato, tomato, coconut milk, and spices.

The ingredient papain in this curry is a natural meat tenderizer, so this blend is good on all meats.

Ingredients:

Coriander, Red Chile Pepper, Paprika, Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cinnamon, Cloves, Mace, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Garlic, Papain (papaya enzyme used as a meat tenderizer)
