Smoky Texas BBQ is a sugar-free rub we developed for smoking brisket and other beef cuts. It is based on Salt, Pepper, and Garlic, but gains depth of flavor from Applewood Smoked Sea Salt, Smoked Spanish Paprika, Dark Chili Powder, Granulated Onion, and Cumin. A perfect addition to any BBQ lover’s arsenal.
