Sumac, Ground

Sumac has a lemony, tart taste. It is used in Middle Eastern and Arab cuisines. Try it in place of lemon juice for many dishes. Good on meats for grilling, hummus, and salads. It can also be used to make a drink similar to lemonade. It is essential to the dish fattoush. Try it in our Za’Atar blend.
