Chives, Dried

These dried chives are the best we’ve ever tried. Keep some handy, they rehydrate quickly with barely any liquid. Very mild with a distinctive oniony flavor. Mix with sour cream for a decadent potato topping. The bright herbaceous favor adds a fresh touch to eggs, salads, herb butter, and soups. A little goes a long way.

1 teaspoon dried chives equals a tablespoon of fresh chives. 

A staple for your herb and spice collection.
