Tasting notes: Bit-O-Honey nuttiness, sweet dark honey, black cherry as the cup cools. The roast is between light and medium to maximize sweetness and showcase all the wonderful fruit notes and sugary sweetness. Black honey is the longest stage of honey processed coffee. The coffee is air-dried with sweet sticky mucilage left on the outer shell. This imparts wonderful fruit notes to the coffee and a pleasing syrupy body.
