House Blend

A neighbor’s Tunisian mother gave Ben this recipe. Harissa is a popular Tunisian condiment. Make a paste by adding this blend to olive oil. Use the paste on fish, goat, lamb, couscous, vegetables, and soups. Thinking outside the box, we have made a “ketchup” dip with it by adding it to tomato paste, sprinkled it on kielbasa, and using it as a rub before grilling.

Guajillo Chile Pepper, Red Chile Pepper, Garlic, Salt, Caraway, Cumin, Oregano
