Lime, Granulated
Granulated Lime Zest is an easy way to add a floral citrus flavor to marinades, dry rubs, vinaigrettes, salsa, rice, or any fish recipe.
The flavor is more intense than fresh, use one-third (1/3) the amount of fresh zest.
1 Tablespoon fresh Lime Peel = 1/3 Tablespoon or 1 Teaspoon for granulated lime peel
To reconstitute, mix 1 part granulated lime peel with 3 parts warm water. Let sit for about 30 minutes. Drain and use.
