Apple Pie Spice, Chipotle
One of our very creative customers asked us to create a blend that would help him win an apple pie contest. This is what we came up with, and it was a winner! The chipotle pepper and grains of paradise add a pleasantly surprising twist to your traditional apple pie seasoning. However, don’t limit this to only pies. Try it in other baked goods, in pork stir fry, on sweet potatoes, and in teas and cocktails.
Many customers have reported that the Chipotle Apple Pie Spice makes for a wonderful Smoked or Roasted Pork Butt or Shoulder.
